Hudson & Rose Interiors - Paint Consultation Contract This contract is between Hudson & Rose Interiors (hereafter referred to as "Provider") and the undersigned client (hereafter referred to as "Client"). 1. Cancellation Policy
Hudson & Rose Interiors - Paint Consultation Contract This contract is between Hudson & Rose Interiors (hereafter referred to as "Provider") and the undersigned client (hereafter referred to as "Client"). 1. Services Provided Provider agrees to offer a 30-minute complimentary paint color consultation. This consultation includes: Evaluation of the space Recommendations for paint colors and finish. 2. Additional Time If additional time is required, it will be provided in 30-minute increments at a rate of $75.00 per increment. Any additional time must be agreed upon by both Provider and Client during the initial consultation or scheduled separately. 3. Recommendations Provider offers paint color recommendations as part of the consultation service. However, Provider is not responsible for the final color selections as they were approved by the Client. The recommendations are suggestions based on the Provider's professional experience. 4. Third-Party Work Provider is not responsible for any work performed by A&P Painting or any other third-party contractors. Client agrees to hold Provider harmless for any issues arising from work performed by third-party contractors. 5. Conduct and Safety Client and Provider agree to maintain a professional and respectful environment during consultations. Provider has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, as well as drug and alcohol use during the consultation. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the consultation with no refund. 6. Cancellation Policy Client may cancel the consultation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee. 7. Payment Terms Payments for additional consultation time can be made by cash or check. If paying with a credit card, a 3% processing fee will be applied. If paying via ACH transfer, a 1.5% processing fee will be applied. All payments are due at the end of the consultation session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. 8. Agreement By signing this contract, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
